When The Accusation Becomes The Agenda
How the Structure claims and Reference sources line up, claim by claim.
Reference Dependency Crosswalk
This connects claims to outside pressure, not to certainty.
For every Structure claim, this table shows whether Reference supplies outside-world support or marks the dependency as synthesis, scope limit, or process boundary.
| Structure claim | Outside support | Reference | What it does and does not cover |
|---|---|---|---|
| SL-017-01 The accusation is the move; the question is the forced response. | Satisfied, with framing limits | RL-017-01, RL-017-06 | Public wording and framing theory support the structure; they do not prove the accusation true or false. |
| SL-017-02 Child-killing language forces moral attention without settling the verdict. | Satisfied, with moral-risk limits | RL-017-01, RL-017-02, RL-017-07 | Public accusation wording and mortality-risk context support the seriousness; actor-specific verdict remains separate. |
| SL-017-03 Real-time falsification is asymmetric. | Partly satisfied | RL-017-02, RL-017-03, RL-017-04 | Mortality models, waiver implementation, and authority chains show why verification is slow; not impossible in principle. |
| SL-017-04 Public defense can distribute the accuser's frame. | Structural / theory-supported | RL-017-06 | Agenda-setting and framing support the mechanism; individual engagement choices remain judgment-bound. |
| SL-017-05 Musk is also a rival frame-setter. | Satisfied | RL-017-01, RL-017-05, RL-017-06 | Counterclaims and lawsuit-threat language support the rival-frame reading; they do not verify the counterclaims. |
| SL-017-06 Lancet/UCLA is serious but bounded. | Satisfied, with limits | RL-017-02 | The model supports alarm under assumptions; it does not become counted-deaths or actor-specific culpability proof. |
| SL-017-07 USAID continuity and waivers require implementation scrutiny. | Satisfied, with limits | RL-017-03 | Public orders and waiver material support scrutiny; they do not prove continuity or disruption everywhere. |
| SL-017-08 Credible repair, serious alarm, and named verdict require different burdens. | Satisfied, synthesis | RL-017-02, RL-017-03, RL-017-04, RL-017-07 | Sources support the distinctions; the final burden split is the essay's synthesis. |
| SL-017-09 Process is not proof. | Structural, not external | This record | The public record exposes pressure and choices; it does not make the claims true. |
